Vaibhav Dabas

Mr Vaibhav Dabas is Of Counsel in the Banking and Finance team at the firm, having joined in 2020.

He advises on a wide range of financing transactions, including syndicated and cross-border facilities, project finance, real estate finance, and debt restructuring. His practice also covers corporate mobility and structuring, distressed asset acquisitions, and insolvency-related financing mandates.

Vaibhav regularly acts for multinational corporations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals in high-value transactions and dispute resolution matters. He has significant experience in arbitration proceedings with cross-border financial and commercial elements.

He holds a B.A. LL.B from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, and an LL.M in International Financial Restructuring and International Commercial Litigation from University College London (UCL).
