PASCAL Education (Cyprus) Ltd., the largest group of K-12 English and Bilingual schools in Cyprus, joined Globeducate on the 10th of August 2022. The acquisition of Pascal Education Group was arguably one of the most high-profile transactions for 2022 and an amazing development which will for sure shape the future of the K-12 education sector in Cyprus. Globeducate is one of the top 5 education groups in the world and their investment in Cyprus constitutes the first strategic international investment of its kind in our country.
Our Firm has proudly participated in the screening and negotiations of the said deal and has supported both sides in finally reaching this important agreement. We are even more excited to support the group with their future expansion plans in both Cyprus & Greece!
