Nora André

Nora André is a Counsel in our Corporate M&A – Project practice and she is regularly onboarded on projects requiring UK expertise. She has over a decade of experience as a solicitor in a magic circle firm in London where she gained an extensive working exposure in a broad range of sectors. Her practical and client-focused approach enables her to advise on various matters, including corporate restructurings, M&A transactions, joint ventures, and private equity investments. She is primarily active in the banking and finance law aspects of M&A projects and has previously advised banks, financial institutions, corporations and investors in various types of cross-border finance transactions, including acquisition financing, asset financing, as well as structured financing.

Nora has been featured for many years as a “Leader in Law” as well as an “Associate to Watch” in Chambers and Partners and has been described by corporate clients as a “skilled professional who provides effective solutions for her clients’ legal needs”.
