The restructuring, implemented over two phases, involved a strategic reorganisation of the group’s capital structure and formed part of a broader initiative to optimise financial efficiency, enhance balance sheet resilience, and align the group’s corporate framework with its evolving investment strategy.
Our Nicosia office worked in close coordination with a leading global corporate service provider representing the client locally and acted as the legal arm of the advisory team responsible for implementing the restructuring.
