Our firm has proudly advised SkyEnergy Group on multiple Solar PV Financing Projects under a unique “PV Installation and Energy Utilisation Scheme”. Our team has provided legal guidance to the group during the development of the scheme and has been appointed as their sole legal advisor. In particular, our team has provided legal support during the preparation of all the necessary documentation (in light of the new local regulations), including the drafting of a complex master agreement with several commercial consumers. The scheme has already been successfully applied to the facilities of large local business players operating in different industries who have organically opted to optimise the efficiency of their business with green energy.
Our transactional team is also currently supporting the group in different M&A transactions involving green energy portfolios as part of their master plan to become a key player in the region.
