Our firm advised BC Portfolio Company on the Cyprus elements of the acquisition of a leading cloud service provider. Closing of the transaction is subject to foreign antitrust approvals. The project has been coordinated in the EU by a German Tier 1 law firm – being one of our “Best Friend” Firms in the region.
The acquisition marks the next step for BC Portfolio Company on its way to becoming a leading provider of managed cloud services in the region. The founders and management team of the target company will remain on board and will re-invest in the new holding company. The new capital shall primarily finance the development and further marketing of the product.
