Our firm advises a large EU private equity firm on a contemplated acquisition of a majority stake in a Cyprus target company operating in the health-care industry. Our team has been appointed to advise on the main Cyprus relevant legislative regimes and has already supported the firm during the sector screening phase.
Apart from the contemplated acquisition, a potential co-investment in a related greenfield project is also under examination. Our firm proudly participates in the said preliminary discussions with local players and works with the M&A team of the said PE Firm to develop the structure of the project.
