Our firm has acted for a Cyprus based company in relation to the financing aspects of its joint venture with a German family office and has represented its interest in the financed acquisition of a large portfolio of logistics sites across a number of countries in the continental Europe.
Our Nicosia office cooperated in this project with Top Tier law firms in Europe (UK, Germany, Netherlands and Austria). Transaction management and coordination services have also been provided by our German ‘Best Friend’ law firm.
