Our firm has been appointed to advise a foreign interest JV on complex renewable energy supply & distribution projects and has prepared, amongst others, a “lease to build and sell” power purchase master agreement to be used by the group in multiple projects.
Our transactional team is also currently supporting the group during the negotiations for private financing as part of its master plan to enhance the participation of its investors and develop its green energy portfolio.
