Joseph Borghese brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial vision, international diplomacy, and deals expertise to GCH | G.C. Hadjikyprianou & Associates LLC. As FDI & Deals Lead, he plays a key role in our firm’s FDI practice, where he advises on cross-border investment strategies, helps source and structure high-impact deals, and supports international clients seeking to establish or expand their presence in Cyprus. He also works closely with our legal team to support HNWIs and family offices in designing forward-looking succession and legacy planning strategies.
In addition to his work with the firm, Joseph serves as the Special Envoy for Foreign Direct Investments for the Government of the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis and is the Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Tonga in the Republic of Cyprus. He is the Group Chairman of Borghese Multi-Family Office, based in Ireland, and the Founder of Borghese Ventures Ltd and Hope for Children CRC Policy Center.
A firm believer in lifelong learning and technological innovation, Joseph is passionate about the role of AI and blockchain in automating financial decision-making. His leadership has enabled strategic partnerships with some of the world’s most influential businesses.

- The Cyprus Young Entrepreneur Award (2019), conferred by the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- The Global Excellence in Leadership Award for Enhancing Investment and Mergers & Acquisitions (2024), presented at the Palace of Westminster, UK.
- The prestigious title of ‘Académico Honorario’ (Honorary Academic), awarded by the Academia Nacional de Historia y Geografía in collaboration with the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, marking him as the first Cypriot to achieve this distinction.
