Joseph Borghese

Mr Joseph Borghese has a Bachelor degree in Philosophy (BA honours) and in Education (B.Ed) He has received his Master’s degree in Social Work (MA) and then continued to acquire a Masters in International Relations (MA) and an MBA in Blockchain Management. He is a visionary entrepreneur and humanitarian recognised and honoured by the Government of the Republic of Cyprus. He is the Founder of Borghese Ventures Ltd and Hope For Children CRC Policy Center as well as Co-Founder of Pundi X 365. As Joseph believes in lifelong learning, he is fascinated about the automation of financial decision making though blockchain & AI-powered solutions. As a leading strategist and entrepreneur, he has also led major partnership deals with top companies in the world. His expertise and specialisation lie in the fields of innovation and fintech, strategic management, international business development, international relations as well as diplomacy. Notably, in 2019, Joseph received the Cyprus Young Entrepreneur Award. In addition to being the Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Tonga in the Republic of Cyprus, Joseph is the Treasurer of the Australian-Cypriot business association by the Chamber of Commerce in Cyprus.

Joseph is heading our firm’s Digital – Innovation Services since 2021. More specifically, he acts as a Strategic Innovation Advisor in different projects and, together with his team, leads projects related to the holistic digital transformation of our clients. He is also actively engaged in projects relating to the re-location of high profile tech companies in both Cyprus and Greece and provides consultancy services on the technical part of relevant reorganisations of tech companies.
