Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?

These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by laws of the Republic of Cyprus. You and We both agree that the courts of the Republic of Cyprus will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise in relation to these terms and conditions and/or our Site.
