Our firm has advised an affiliate of SCCE Capital Partners on the Cyprus law matters during the sale of an EU Purposed-Built R.E. Asset Portfolio for EUR 42million.
SCCE Group acquired the portfolio in February 2017 and has been instrumental in accelerating its growth and improving its market positioning. The sale was part of the management’s strategy to re-direct the focus of the group’s investment portfolio and will provide the necessary liquidity to achieve its goals for this year.
